About the role

As a Product Manager, you will work as a key part of the AEI Music Recordings team to manage the day-to-day activities of our releases. You will have full ownership of release campaigns for artists distributed by AEI and you will support our label managers and internal brands with marketing and promotion of AEI sub-labels.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Plan the launch of singles and (digital) album projects
  • Setting and managing campaign budgets, timelines, targets, and other marketing or resource plans
  • Efficiently handle all presentation and production supply chain queries with our distribution team to ensure maximum result on DSPs for every campaign
  • Work closely with artists, management and design teams to design and deliver creative marketing assets to support a release
  • Work closely with artists, management, and internal project teams to facilitate events such as interviews and shoots, in line with the artist’s marketing release, goals, and strategy
  • Liaise between artists, management and external marketing, press and promotion agencies for broadcast campaigns
  • Manage company database of promotional contacts and relationships
  • Periodically gather and analyze DSP, social media and press metrics to produce reports to support other marketing initiatives in any campaign
  • Actively seek marketing opportunities to increase the performance of each campaign

About you
  • Two years of experience in a similar role or company
  • Demonstrable experience and understanding of music and streaming marketing
  • Demonstrable understanding of paid digital media advertising
  • Responsible and organized with a keen sense of time management
  • Clear communicator both orally and in writing and able to accurately break down and share information and requests between a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Proficiency in task management and productivity platforms (including: Slack, Airtable, clickup, email and file management)
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • A passion and knowledge of a wide variety of electronic music genres
  • A thorough understanding of social media platforms including but not limited to Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter

  • 4 day work week
  • Remote and flexible working (must have the ability to attend team meetings in GMT)
