Launch of MMUSIC as a label in Vietnam

MMUSIC’s launch event was held on March 24 at METUB Network Headquarters, Ho Chi Minh City.

Rapper Tlinh and singer Gray D have signed a contract with MMUSIC as exclusive recording artists from 2022.

With the desire to accompany, support and provide many valuable opportunities for Vietnamese artists to easily reach their target audiences and generate new international collaboration opportunities, MMUSIC is operated by the team of METUB Network, a leading company in the digital and entertainment in Vietnam.

METUB Network has supported over 3,000 content creators and 200 brands in promotional campaigns with over seven billion monthly views. This can be seen as MMUSIC’s significant competitive advantage in becoming tailor-made for Gen Z music.

We realized that the Vietnamese music industry has flourished and that young artists are increasingly asserting their influences with young audiences. Moreover, Gen Z artists now have a plethora of potential and passion to pursue their dream and contribute to the development of the industry. We believe that if Gen Z artists can be fully equipped and supported by other companies, they are able to introduce and represent Vietnamese music on the world map, said Tran Thi Bao Trang, General Manager of MMUSIC.

Vietnam’s music industry has witnessed the outstanding activities of the world’s top record companies. MMUSIC is launched as a Vietnamese label that takes care of recording and distribution with important strategic partners, namely Universal Music Group and Ingrooves.

In addition, MMUSIC will set up different strategic campaigns for different artists based on their characteristics and expectations. Spontaneously, MMUSIC also offers the future opportunity to expand collaboration between Vietnamese and international artists.

Launched as a label, MMUSIC supports young artists in production, distribution on all music distribution platforms in Vietnam and helps them reach mass audiences.
